It asks you what foods you like, then it creates a menu for that covers 11 days.  The incredible weight loss claim is that after only 11 day, you’ll be thinner and that you can lose 9 pounds every 11 days! 
 
The Fat Loss 4 Idiots weight loss claims are incredible and in violation of the FTC red flag warning for weight loss claims exceeding 2 pounds per week.  Like anything else, be cautions of any weight loss claims that seem too good to be true.
 
Our pleminary research showed that: The BBB report gives them a ‘D’ rating. A ‘D’ rating generally means, Quote: D- We have enough concerns about this company (for example, their offer, customer complaints, advertising, etc.) that we recommend caution in doing business with it. 

The report was only generated on 1OCT2007 and shows only 1 complaint at this time. However, the business did not respond to the complaint.
