According to research we’ve reviewed, much of the hoodia gordonii sold in the United States and around the world is still counterfeit. We’ve seen estimates that as much as 80 percent of the hoodia currently being purchased by consumers is either diluted with other ingredients, or contains no actual hoodia gordonii whatsoever. The supplements that are consistently verified as being genuine hoodia gordonii include the Phenternin brand, Superior Hoodia90 and Phentirmin Hoodia. These three have passed on a more consistent basis than many other Hoodia diet available in store shelves.  Here consumers have the rare case where select  online Hoodia offers provide real authentic Hoodia than what’s available at retail outlets.  Even some of the big retail chains selling hoodia weight loss products are selling counterfeit hoodia gordonii.

While we cannot name these products outright, because there are too many to mention and clearly we suspect an onslaught of legal claims may be be unleashed where we confided all the details, if we did; however, our research demonstrates value and confirmed hoodia through the sources already convered; or through any others that consistently pass the certification tests.

How can consumers dechiper which Hoodia is for real?

While not all the people selling hoodia are crooked.  For example, we’ve seen reports that some wholesalers may have swindled others into believing they’re buying real hoodia when, in reality, they’re being scammed.  But, there are tell tale signs of the real stuff.  For one, real hoodia diet aides will come with several documents to confirm same.  To begin, consumers should look for a USDA Protect Plant Permit, Phytosanitry Permit, CITES Permit and Lab Report from Advanced Labs along with their HPLTC confirmation.

Does genuine hoodia really work?

It is ashame that this sort of overhand clouds the question, of how well does real pure hoodia gordonii works in suppressing the appetite.  While there been much counterfeiting and so much diluted hoodia sold to consumers, many Hoodia dieters clearly didn’t notice Hoodia’s appetite suppressant effect.  And how could they, when clearly many never received the real thing.  If you did get the real hoodia in the first place how could you guage the true potential of pure authentic Hoodia as a potent appetite suppressant?  It is abundently clear that hoodia gordonii has the potential for working as a highly effective appetite suppressant.  As reported in the news and on 60 minutes with experiments with genuine hoodia, it did work and did reduce the appetite.  While it wasn’t a magic diet pill that just turned off hunger like a light switch.  Hoodia can very valuable as part of an ongoing weight loss effort that includes a healther lifesyle.

 The bottom line is that real hoodia, if you know where to get it, seems to work as an appetite suppressant and at the very least holds promise for future research into weight loss pills that work.  But take caution, because if you’re buying from honest store chains and even online, you’re probably not getting real hoodia. While there’s no such thing as a magic weight loss pill that’s going to result in instant weight loss without changing your diet exercising, authentic hoodia can certainly help.  Of course, make sure you only get the real thing certified with the USDA protected plant permit and Phytosanitary permits.
